Position Details

Position: Receptionist

Age: Up to 35 years

Gender: Female

Working Location: Maputo

Working Hours: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; 9:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays

Monthly Salary: 14000-18000MZN


Key Responsibilities


Receive, attend to, and direct clients, visitors, and phone calls;

Manage the drivers work schedule;

Ensure control of office supplies (administrative materials);

Maintain and update the administrative inventory;

Handle interaction with administrative service providers, including follow-up and processing of payments;

Process payments for water, electricity, and internet services;

Monitor and ensure the renewal of vehicle licenses;

rack and manage vehicle maintenance;

Make hotel and restaurant reservations as required;

Organize and maintain updated administrative records and documentation;

Provide support in general administrative activities;

Ensure a professional reception service and uphold the company’s image.

Job Requirements


Fluent in Portuguese and English

Dynamic, proactive, and responsible profile

Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields
